612 QUARTERBACKS SCHOLARSHIP

We are excited to be offering a $500 scholarship to a 2026 high school graduate who has worked with us consistently. The applications are found below. Applications will be read anonymously by an outside source. Applications are due April 30th. Winner will be announced in early June. Good luck to everyone applying!
