612Q’s Academy
612 Quarterbacks Academy is a unique quarterback training program focused on three areas: classroom learning, on-field practice, and athletic training. We will host a diverse range of guest speakers for our classroom training sessions. On the field, they work with 612Q's coaches to improve mechanics and decision-making. Through a partnership with MASH Performance, athletes build strength, mobility, and other physical skills for lasting success.
This year, we are offering two distinct programs to keep group sizes small and focused. The Elite Academy will meet Sunday afternoons, aiming to elevate the off-season training experience. The Premier Academy will continue meeting Monday evenings, maintaining the format that has proven effective over the past two years. These programs are for athletes in the class of 2030 and older.
612Q’s Elite Academy
The Elite Academy is tailored for quarterbacks with varsity or college experience—athletes who have demonstrated mechanical proficiency. This group is for those fully committed to advancing their football careers to the next level. In addition to on-field training, the Elite Academy includes classroom sessions featuring guest speakers and performance training with MASH Performance.
This group will be limited to the top 12 quarterbacks who fit the criteria. Down payments are due by October 31st.

From an Academy attendee last winter:
“This program pushes you to your limits and holds you to a college level standard. It’s different than any other quarterback program I’ve ever done.”
From a parent of last years program:
“My son came home every week feeling like he was pushed beyond his limit physically and mentally. I noticed changes in him vocally and with improved confidence going into summer workouts with his team.”
