NextGen Academy is designed specifically for middle school receivers who are ready for more than a traditional camp.
This is an introduction to the 612WR’s Academy standard — combining on-field development with classroom work, competition, performance training, and leadership.
WHY NEXTGEN?
BUILD CONFIDENCE
UNDERSTAND THE GAME
FOOTBALL IQ & LEADERSHIP
BUILDING CONFIDENCE & ACCOUNTABILITY
The Standard
This program is built for receivers who want more.
The best athletes are always learning. They accept feedback, apply coaching, and constantly look for ways to improve.
COACHABILITY:
Growth happens outside of comfort zones. Academy athletes are pushed to compete, adapt, and attack every challenge with confidence.
EMBRACE CHALLENGES:
Elite development requires consistency. The athletes who separate themselves are the ones who put in the work every day.
COMMIT TO IMPROVEMENT:
HOLD THEMSELVES TO A HIGHER STANDARD:
The Academy is about more than football. It’s about building leaders who prepare, compete, and represent themselves the right way on and off the field.
