PLAYER & PARENT TESTIMONIALS

Shannon Currier - Head Football Coach at Concordia St. Paul University

“Through my observations of Quinn and 612Q’s training program, I recommend the program to assist in a player’s quarterback development. I believe that Quinn is committed to training participants of the program to advance their quarterback fundamentals, refine their skills, and improve their overall mental performance. Quinn and his staff execute organized sessions directly related to game day performance. The CSP Football Program was fortunate to have two of his former QB’s sign with our program in the 2023 recruiting class. The parents of these two young men speak very highly of Quinn as they witnessed the commitment Quinn made to their boys. He attended games, met them in various places to train them, and drove all over the state to watch some of them perform on game day. I strongly recommend 612 Q’s for quarterbacks looking to gain an edge in their pursuit to become a top performing quarterback."

Andy Simonsen ‘24 - Iowa State University

“Quinn has always been incredible at teaching mechanics and getting a better ball out of your throw, but more importantly, he creates such a good training atmosphere that makes the grind not only very enjoyable, but very easy to commit to. As a QB and even as a receiver I have personally always looked forward to every session as the community he creates makes it an incredibly enjoyable experience. I recommend Quinn and 612Qs to any QB at any level as he is great and working on what needs work while being able to polish what you already have down. Even after not being able to be a QB anymore Quinn still makes it 100% worth it to get up at 5 in the morning to go get work in."

Austin Randall ‘24 - University of Minnesota Duluth

"Quinn has helped me with every aspect of being a quarterback. From the fundamentals, to the the mental side, he incorporates game like situations and realistic reads. Working with Quinn you become an overall better quarterback, not just a thrower. I would not be in the position I am today without Quinn and his time a dedication."

Ayden Helder ‘24 - University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire

“I didn’t get to spend as much time with Quinn as I would’ve liked in the offseason, but our short time together left a huge impact on me and my performance this season. Every drill he puts his guys through has meaning and will translate directly to game situations, and I think that helped me to mentally slow down the game at times this season. He also helped me to tweak my mechanics just enough to improve my efficiency and power on the ball, but not so much that it would become uncomfortable. My throwing motion has changed a lot in the last 6 months, and I attribute almost all of that growth to Quinn and 612Q’s. Quinn also shows nothing but the utmost support and faith for all of his guys, no matter where they come from, or what level of football they play at. That’s been what’s stuck out the most for me about 612Q's. On any given Friday night or Saturday afternoon you can find him out at one of his athletes games, and he always tries to put every one of their names out their as much as he can."

Matt Butler - Father of Logan Butler

“From the day of the first 612Qs camp he attended, Logan was hooked and excited about learning more QB skills from the 612Qs group. It has been an awesome experience to watch Logan's skills improve over the last two years through the instruction that the 612Qs group has provided through camps, small group sessions and individual sessions. Logan would not be the QB, leader or young man that he is today without people like Quinn and Conner and all of the others who make this 612Qs group work. The skills that he learned from this group helped Logan lead his high school team to two state championship games in back to back years his junior and senior years with a runner up finish his junior year and a championship title his senior year. Logan was also invited to play in the national Blue-Grey All American Bowl this past fall after the high school football season. This 612Qs group is highly recommended by this family. A big thank you to everyone in the 612Q's group who has helped Logan on this journey so far. Looking forward to what lies ahead!."

Caleb Thinesen ‘24 - Bemidji State University

“Quinn has helped me tremendously in my journey to become a better quarterback. I started working with Quinn in the spring of my sophomore year, that year I was a backup up for my high school and did not have sharp mechanics nor confidence when throwing. Fast forward two years, and I am going to play quarterback at a scholarship level at BSU. I remember coming to my high school camp after working with Quinn and being able to make throws I never could before. Everything from my mechanics to my ball placement to my confidence was completely different. As a 612 quarterback, you don’t just improve when working with Quinn, you improve all the time. He gives numerous drills that you can easily do by yourself, while also helping you with reads, confidence, and college recruitment. 612Q’s can completely transform any quarterback.”

Dion Blount - Father of Dylan Blount

“As a father of Dylan Blount I would say that I have the upmost respect for what Quinn at 612 Quarterbacks is doing. Dylan started working with Quinn the summer of his Junior year. Dylan had been getting other work but he wanted to work on his fundamentals a bit more in detail. Doing some looking and researching he discovered 612 Quarterbacks and specifically Quinn. He was affordable and willing to work within Dylan’s schedule. His confidence, timing, and footwork have improved significantly. The drills they work on put them in the best position to make short and deep ball throws with accuracy. I’m excited to see what Dylan will do at the next level and Quinn’s help has propelled him for that!"

Cole Hentges ‘23 - University of North Dakota

“Quinn has been amazing in helping develop my game both mentally and physically. He has a way of working with the guys, where it’s a fun but serious environment. Every drill he has us do translates to the game. It was fun the older I got, as I felt and saw myself making plays and reads that I had worked on during drills with Quinn. He has been an awesome resource for me, and has helped me get to where I am today.”

Adam Knutson - Parent of Gavin Knutson

"I've known Coach and his 612Qs staff for a couple years now and he and his staff are the best QB coaches in the country.  612Qs has shown mastery of the most basic to complex elements of the quarterback position.  They have a unique gift of talking and training in a way that speaks and really works with my son and young athletes. My son has learned how to be a better quarterback, leader, and young man.  612Qs works on the physical and even more importantly the mental aspects of being a quarterback and leader.  612Qs truly cares about the athletes they coach!  I have a saying I use in both in my professional and personal life.  I think it fits well with what 612Qs does and that saying is: “Having a process is what matters.  Committing to the process is what makes a difference.”  We stuck to the process and my son went from QB3 as a freshman to QB1 his Senior year with college scholarships coming in.  I highly recommend Coach and his staff at 612Qs.”

Luke Crosby ‘23 - St. Olaf College

"Quinn took me through many drills that challenged me to better myself as a QB in more ways than one and taught me what it really means to lead a team on a daily basis.“

Gavin Lloyd ‘23

“I got to work with Quinn during the months leading up to my senior season, and I cannot say enough good about my experience with 612 QB’s. My favorite part about our sessions was how Quinn puts a huge emphasis on making things game-like. Everything he had me do was meaningful and translated directly onto the field in some way. The speed and intent of each drill slowed the game down and made playing the position feel more natural. This ultimately made me significantly more confident as a quarterback, which I believe was as important as any mechanical improvements I made. Looking back, if I could redo my four years of high school football, the first thing I’d do different would easily be to go to more 612 sessions.”

Karson Lindsay ‘23 - Waldorf University

“The time I have had with Quinn has been short this far but the results that I have noticed from his training have been next level. I started training with Quinn prior to my senior year of high school. I was fortunate enough to break several school records this past year and I give credit to 612Q’s for not only slowing down the game for me but making me a better all around QB. The attention to detail when it comes to the mechanics within our training has allowed me to make the easy throws most consistently while also trusting my body to scramble out of the pocket and make throws on the run. Playing QB requires a great mentality and readiness for the game, each week depending on the opponent we would work the pre-snap reads and breaking down defenses that I would face on Friday. Aside from training, Quinn is just an all around good guy, he not only cares about you as a quarterback but as a person too. He has helped me a lot through the recruiting process. He also has checked up on me throughout the off-season and we have began planning out our workouts for this upcoming summer to prepare me for playing college ball next fall. I definitely recommend training with the 612Q’s to take your quarterback skills to the next level.”

Scott Hentges - Head Football Coach Sartell High School and Father of Cole Hentges

"Quinn gives personal, individual instruction with purposeful drills that help your QB develop throwing mechanics and overall knowledge of QB play. Small sessions allows Quinn to give each participant constructive feedback. 612QBs is an affordable off-season training option for aspiring QBs focused on development.”

Craig Crosby - Father of Luke Crosby

“612Qs” has a very high ceiling in the coaching space. Quinn is already a proven QB coach who has the ability to truly connect with his athletes. His approach to mechanics as well as the mental side of the game is clearly effective. I’d recommend him to anyone that’s serious about developing their QB skills.”
