NextGen Academy is designed specifically for middle school quarterbacks who are ready for more than a traditional quarterback camp.

This is an introduction to the 612Q’s Academy standard — combining on-field quarterback development with classroom work, competition, performance training, and leadership.

61NextGen Academy is a 12-week quarterback development program built specifically for middle school athletes who are ready to take their development seriously.

This is more than a weekly quarterback workout. Over 12 weeks, quarterbacks will be challenged to improve their mechanics, football IQ, decision-making, confidence, leadership, and preparation.

The standard is high. Athletes are expected to show up, be coachable, compete, and commit to getting better every week through classroom work, on field training, and performance.

Our goal is to build the habits and foundation that will prepare them for the next level — both as a quarterback and as a leader.

This program is built for quarterbacks who want more.

The NextGen Academy is designed for athletes who understand that development is earned. Growth happens through consistency, discipline, and the willingness to be challenged.

  • The best quarterbacks are always learning. They accept feedback, apply coaching, and constantly look for ways to improve.

COACHABILITY: 

  • Growth happens outside of comfort zones. Academy athletes are pushed to compete, adapt, and attack every challenge with confidence.

EMBRACE CHALLENGES: 

  • Elite development requires consistency. The athletes who separate themselves are the ones who put in the work every day.
